Yes, we bring all the necessary equipment including our professional rolled ice cream machines. For outdoor events, we just need you to provide access to electricity (standard 110V outlet) within 50 feet of our setup area. All other materials and equipment are included in our packages.

Absolutely! For an additional $50, we can accommodate vegan options and create custom flavors using fresh fruits, candy, cake pieces, or any edible ingredient you have in mind. Just let us know your special requests when booking and we'll make it happen!

Yes! Due to our expansion, one twin operates in the DMV area while the other is based in Miami. For $800 (which covers travel and accommodation expenses), you can have both original Twin Rolled founders at your special event for the ultimate authentic experience.

All our packages include professional staff, rolled ice cream machines, 8-10 premium flavors, all materials and supplies, setup and breakdown, and mileage within our service areas. The number of machines and staff varies by package size to accommodate your guest count.

Our packages are designed based on guest count: Sweet Starter (0-50 guests), Medium Premium (50-100 guests), Delicious Deluxe (100-200 guests), and Endless Indulgence (200+ guests). Contact us if you need a custom solution or aren't sure which package fits your event best.

Each individual rolled ice cream creation takes about 2-3 minutes to make from start to finish. This includes mixing the ingredients, spreading them on the frozen plate, and rolling them into beautiful spirals. It's part of the entertainment - guests love watching the process!
